Joshua James Halloween Show at Velour

I’ve been to countless concerts since my tween years. I don’t think I’ve seen any one artist quite as many times as Joshua James. We’re lucky to live so close to him, as we get the opportunity to see him perform several times a year.

At the end of October we made the short trek down to Provo to see Joshua James at Velour, which is an incredible little venue on University Ave. The place was in full Halloween decor and decked out in enough corn stalks that you could have easily filmed an 80s horror movie on stage.

JJ and the boys played a great set with Josh using what looked like a vintage condenser mic every other song. I was able to make my way to the front to snap a few images before I got too hot and had to return to the back with the old folks, where I belong.

Also, if you’re in the Provo area, make sure to try Communal, right across the street from Velour. The mashed potatoes are to die for.
